A little about me:
In the late 1980s, I started running, swimming, and biking for triathlons. For over 20 years, I had episodes of tiredness, lack of energy, focus, and other undiagnosed symptoms.
To get to the bottom of my ailments, I read over 70 books, saw countless doctors, had many lab tests, worked with nutritionists, and interviewed pro athletes and trainers. Finally, in 2012, I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse and had surgery to repair the valve. This initially eliminated many of my symptoms, but I still had nighttime cramping, slow muscle recovery, poor sleep, joint stiffness, and chronic inflammation.

Subsequent to my experiences with health issues and doing lots of research, I have:

Trained Runners and Triathletes
Assisted in Individuals Nutritional needs
Continued research on Nutrition and Exercise Physiology

I'm here to share my own journey to wellness and to help others achieve their own health and wellness goals. I've learned so much along the way, and I'm passionate about sharing what I know with others.
